Women are too skinny. I took a girl out on a dinner at a fancy hotel. Being a chauvinist, I asked her to place the order. I am a foodie and believe that if I���m paying a hefty amount at this big hotel, it should be paisa vasool. In starters, she ordered burritos, the funny thing was that she ate all the tomatoes, left the bread untouched.
Then she ordered, chicken pizza with mozzarella cheese. She just picked on the chicken pieces. I felt horrible, men like women with good appetite.
One day, a friend after the release of my movie Salaam-e-Ishq said, that I���m looking podgy from my face in the movie. Though I tried to give cameraman���s excuse, but no luck. She was on dieting herself; she even put me on diet. I���m a sportsman, I swim, I play tennis. But for three days I was running like mad on that treadmill.
After those three days, I never saw treadmill and that girl again. That���s the repercussions of going out with a girl on a diet. Dieting is a scary word. I think size zero is a pretentious way of living.

Eat at proper time. Discipline yourself: breakfast at 8, lunch at 1 and dinner at 8. You have to give importance to your breakfast. Your brain requires carbohydrates. Include fruits, cereals, daliya, missi roti, sprouts. Many people skip lunch to lose weight, don���t do that. Go for light early dinner. Slow down your eating. Do not associate eating with watching TV, you���ll end up eating more. Buy small packets of oil, otherwise you end up using too much.
